Honey - Date Bar

 

Honey and date bars

2 beaten eggs
1/3 cup Natur honey
1/4 cup non-sulpharated molasses
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/8 cup wheat germ
1 tsp baking powder (without alum)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup ground dates
1 cup ground nuts


Beat the eggs then mix in honey, molasses and vanilla. In a separate bowl, blend flour, wheat germ, baking powder, salt and nuts. Combine the 2 mixtures. Pour half of the blend into a 9 inch square greased pan. Add dates and cover with the remaining mixture. Cook for 30 minutes at 175oC. Cool and cut into bars. By using dehydrated ground dates as a sweetener, you avoid the use of sugar. Dates contain all the nutrients and are almost as sweet as granulated white sugar!

A daily diet schedule

Once a day (preferably in the morning):1 or 2 tabs of KELPASAN

30 minutes before meals:

1 tbsp of MOLKOSAN with a glass of water
2 tabs of Bio-Strath

BREAKFAST

1 glass of Biotta (ex: Vita-ACE)
2 slices of whole wheat bread or a bowl of cereal without added sugar
2 tbsp of Natur Jam
1 cup of Bambu organic coffee
1 small glass of skin or 1% milk

 

Morning health snack
1 apple, pear or orange
1 tall glass of water

Green Salad -  Lunch - Diet Recipe

LUNCH
 
1 green salad composed of tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, mushroom, endives or vegetable platter seasoned with 1 tbsp of olive oil, a pinch of Herbamare,

1 tbsp of MOLKOSAN
1 medium slice of turkey (150g) or 50g of low fat cheese cut into small cubes that can be inserted into the salad
1 fruit

Afternoon health snack
1 yogurt or 1 bowl of cottage cheese
1 cup of Bambu organic coffee or 1 herbal tea

Dinner - Vegtable Soup - Diet Recipe

DINER
1 bowl of vegetable soup or 1 glass of Biotta vegetable juice
150g of fish or meat
Green vegetables sautéed in 1 tbsp of olive oil
50g of rice
1 fruit (except banana)
1 herbal tea
