Cramps, bursted blood-vessels, varicose veins, tired and swollen legs with additional discomfort and heaviness are all symptoms of today’s growing civilization ”diseases”.
The main cause of these common symptoms – that by far are not always harmless! – is a lack of movement, false nutrition (too high in fat content), as well as the shift in the fashion industry consistently promoting tight clothing.

Veins are hard workers. While the arteries pump oxygenated blood that is high in nutrients from the heart to the organs and cells, the veins pump it back to the heart from the farthest corners of the body against the pull of gravity.

A special feat of mother nature: from the tip of the big toe or from the finest capillary walls of the little toe, the veins pump used blood with their valves from the foot through the lower and upper leg and the pelvic area up towards the heart, where it is renewed through the lungs and sent back to all the body parts via the arteries. As long as the circulatory system functions well, one doesn’t notice a thing.

If, however, limitations occur along the way due to defect or leaking veins or valves, the blood veins congest. Consequences are tired and swollen legs, cramps, varicose veins, aches and heaviness in the legs. A lack of movement due to long periods of sitting or standing is the most common cause of these aliments.
